In fairness, you could suffer from anxiety induced hypercondria but Candida IS a very widespread problem so I don't discount your symptoms.

Try the following for natural Candida relief:

1. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fiber to cleanse your body of toxins.
2. Avoid complex carbohydrates and sugars as they "feed" the Candida yeast.
3. Avoid scented body soaps and deodorants in the affected region.
4. Eat lots of probiotics like yogurt and cottage cheese to naturally fight the yeast infection.
5. Eat lots of leafy green vegetables

diabetes type 2, hepatitis c (common, yet not many know they have it) the two i mentioned can also be connected, ie, hcv causes type 2 diabetes.

brain fog is what we call the issue of feeling spacey.

you would need to test for hcv antibodies, not simply alt and ast levles because sometimes they are normal in chronic hcv.
hcv can also make on feel anxious and those with hcv have a higher incidence of panic attacks.

everyone has one risk factor for hcv- a blood born disease that affects the liver.

as for alternative clinics? don't buy it at all. most treatments are unfounded. they are good at fighting colds, not chronic diseases.

as for the doctor who doesn't believe in candida, well, i have my suspcicions too....but to relate your issue on anxiety alone is a cop out if you ask me.

keep digging- do not let a doctor make you feel two inches.
i would seek another doctor, skip the alternative clinics and get an hcv test- everyone has one risk factor!

i do know how you feel...for over 10 years i was told i was just depressed and it was "all in my head"....funny thing, it was all in my head- in the form of a virus!
