yeast infection..any help please!!

i have a yeast infection.
this is my first one so i didn’t know anything about it until i looked it up.
i can’t use the vaginal treatments, so i took the pill diflucan about 2 days ago.
i didn’t know i wasn’t supposed to have sex.
so i had sex yesterday. and i didn’t know i could pass it on either until i searched yesterday. (he’s going to the doctor)
but now it burns when i go to the bathroom. not the urethra but where you’d insert a tampon.
and the whole left side of my vagina is a little bit swollen.
even on the inside.
it felt like i tore something after sex and that’s where it burns.

did i interfere with the medication?
how long it will it take to go away completley?
and is there anything i can do to lessen the symptoms until it goes away without putting anything into my vagina?

thanks in advance! :)

I’m sixteen years old and I believe I am suffering from some kind of vaginal infection. I don’t know what it is, and it’s driving me crazy. I know I need to go to the doctor for these kind of things, but I would like to have an idea of what I may have before I go. My symptoms include pain during intercourse, a lot of white faintly smelling discharge, some abdominal pain after urination, and very painful periods. I went to the doctor about a year ago and he told me I had a minor yeast infection so I tried mono-stat three day treatment and the seven day but they both didn’t work. So I don’t think I have a yeast infection, and also because there is no burning or itching. My boyfriend has never had sex with anyone else and neither have I so I’m pretty sure STDS aren’t a possibility. I did check on web md and I found that chlamydia fit my symptons best, but I don’t know if it’s possible to get it without having it transmitted sexually from someone else. Also, I read that I can give my boyfriend whatever I have, and then if i treat it, my boyfriend will give it right back to me. How do I prevent that? If anyone has any idea what so ever I really appreciate the help or advice.
I’m pretty sure I’m not a slut. I’ve been dating my boyfriend for three and a half years, and he’s the only boy i’ve had sex with so thanks.

Please help me out here please?
