Former Breck resident Bruce MacFarland dies in Calif.
Dr. Bruce MacFarland died peacefully at home in Encinitas, Calif. with his wife, family and dog by his side, Feb. 25, at the age of 87. He was a former Breckenridge resident. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1953 with a degree in science and received his doctorate in clinical nutrition from Lafayette University.
